Daniel has enjoyed a career in the Green Industry for over 22 years. He first started working as a greenskeeper and spray technician on a golf course in North Central Florida. He eventually started his own landscape design, installation and maintenance business which he operated for over 11 years.
After selling his business he progressed into leadership roles with a couple of national companies. Through small business ownership and Commercial Landscaping, he cultivated his passion for team and individual development bringing success for businesses, team members and providing superior service to his customers. Daniel says he is excited to be part of the LUSA family and looks forward to helping grow our business, developing teams and serving our customers while providing beautiful and enjoyable landscapes.
He has a passion for outreach and helping others, be it through his local church, community or with friends and family. He is an avid outdoorsman and proud husband.
Paul was born in Virginia and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. He attended Florida Atlantic University, holds a Best Management Practices (BMP) for the Green Industry, and is a Certified Applicator through the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (DEAC).
Paul has been in the green industry for twenty-five years in every capacity. When asked what he likes most about Landscapes USA, Paul shared, “LUSA seems like a very family-oriented company. I love building relationships with clients and employees.”
Paul has two grown daughters and two granddaughters. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, playing guitar, and fishing.
Francisco has been in the Landscape Maintenance Field for over 10 years, 5 of which were in the field of installing Trees, Shrubs, Grass, Flowers, Ground Cover, and Hardscapes. He has spent the last 3 years heavily involved in the Irrigation Systems in the State of Florida.
On his spare time, and when not with his wife and 2 children, Francisco has been studying Theology, and learning different Religious Cultures.
Business Development Manager
David was born in Lake City, Florida. He owned his own landscaping and lawn business when he was twenty-one. David went to school in Lake City, and when he was in his late twenties, he attended college at Valdosta Tech and graduated in electronics.
David was a certified human behavioral consultant and taught people how to understand their personality, so they can get along with others and help employers place people were their personalities would best be utilized. David has always enjoyed working with people and shared that his favorite part of working with LUSA is that he enjoys the interaction with others and the ability to solve their needs.
David is married and has three children and ten grandchildren. He enjoys fishing and riding his bike for exercise.
